The hotel's location is excellent, close to great restaurants and Kalamazoo. The rooms are always updated and spotless, equipped with a TV and a nice breakfast.

Incredibly nice breakfasts, the stay was really comfortable!

Loved the clean room for our toddler's travel bed and the way it was setup. The staff was welcoming plus the location was marvellous and unbeatable. Plus it was in a downtown area.

We were warmly greeted when we arrived and check in was a breeze. The hotel was quiet and we had a enjoyable relaxing weekend

Had a really nice stay as our last visit, everything was good. The room had multiple devices. The breakfast was satisfactory with lots of food. The location was perfect, just off hiking, restaurants, and the zoo. Good restaurants close by. Brooks Memorial Fountain was 2 miles away from the property.

Bed was comfortable.

While sleeping a ice machine was making loud noises and that is all I heard that night. No sleep. They reimbursed us for the full amount of the stay. I really did not like the breakfast. Our toilet did not flush. We had to manually fill the tank up with water for the toilet to flush.

Dog across the hall kept barking for about 3 hours. Stopped for 10 min then barked for 10 to 15 minutes. Was very annoying. This went on for about 3 hours.

My room was spotless and had a nice big TV with all the channels, A/C to set the perfect temperature, and a safe to keep my stuff secure. The location here was pretty convenient, and the staff was super helpful! 🌟

Staff was friendly.

Had construction going on which was ok. 2 things I didn't like were waiting on 1 elevator and the AC was loud. Every time it clicked on and off it woke me up.

I would stay here again if I ever visit Marshall. Beautifully kept and incredibly beautiful place. Accommodating staff from check-in to check-out. Fairly quiet rooms with a TV and a decent breakfast. Excellent location close to the airport where I had business.

Pool was small. You could here every little noise. Someone cough, kids talking all hours, toilet flush. Called the night before and left requests in my notes. Tried to honor them. Not sure why the money was taking out of my account on Thursday, put back in, then taken out 5 days after our stay. That's ridiculous. I signed up for rooms that you had to pay on Thursday for them.

Breakfast was to be expected. Beds were fine.

Every noise is the hallway could be heard overnight. We were very close to the main lobby. Also, there was a very bright light outside shining on the building that shown directly into our room. Even with the blackout shades drawn, there was still a very bright glow arose me the edges of the window.
